1.      Call to order and approval of minutes (12/6/01) and agenda:  Approved.

 

2.   Selection of minute taker:            Bev Hinkle volunteered.

 

3.      Roll Call: Members present: Bev Hinkle, Carmen Sheldon, John Hemenway, Robert Ethington, Jennifer Royal, Eric Umeharra, Rich Sapanaro, Peggy Goebel, LaDonna Bachand, and Jean Horton

4.      Discussion:

  1. Brown Bag Lunches for Spring 2002: Decided upon:

·        Thursday, 3/21       Dave Jasper, Sonic.net             Broadband

·        Wednesday, 4/10   Roger Karraker                        PDAs for beginners

·        2 more to be scheduled with John Hemenway on 1) wireless connection within home and 2) iMovie for beginners

Locations TBA

  1. Tech Academy Field Trip, Friday, February 8th: Reviewed distributed tentative agenda. Two vans available for transport.
  2. District Resource Project: No report as Linda Hemenway is absent.
  3. Revised PDA Proposal: Tabled till next meeting.

e.       Workshop Topics/Format for Fall PDA: Brainstormed ideas which includes the following:

  1. Other:

·        Robert reported on the new off campus housing web site that lists all housing availability online.

·        Rich announced the training sessions that will be offered on Outlook, Photoshop, etc. Campus will be notified via e-mail of these offerings.
