NEW IDEAS,
CONCERNS, ISSUES: A
continuing opportunity for members to discuss new issues, concerns,
concepts,
areas of focus for DFPC, etc.
2.
ANALY TEMP RELOCATION PLANNING UPDATE:
Curt
Groninga will update the DFPC as to progress on the relocation
assignments of
Analy Temps occupant programs and planning impacts stemming from
Chancellor’s
Office release of Library Construction funds..
3.
PARKING ANALYSIS:
DRAFT PLANS: Curt Groninga will update the DFPC as to
draft
engineering reports and site selections for possible multi-level
parking
locations.
4.
PETALUMA INTERIM PLANNING:
A review of the
planned
movement of modular units to the Petaluma Campus to assist in
planning for
growth and impacts of construction at the Santa Rosa Campus. Curt Groninga
5.
BOND PROJECTS UPDATE:
Curt Groninga will
provide
an update on the potential 1st issuance of bonds and
proposed
projects.
6.
CURRENT PROJECTS UPDATE:
A review of the
status of
projects including Culinary Arts @ the Brickyard, Baker Hall, Shone
Farm
classroom, land acquisitions, library, Petaluma Phase II, LG Firing
Range and
Plover Conversion.
7.
FUTURE MEETING LOCATIONS AND DATES:
A
discussion related to meeting at the Public Safety Training Center,
Culinary
Arts at The Brickyard and Petaluma for future DFPC
meetings.
