September 5, 2002 minutes approved.

Discussion: These procedures need to be changed as part of an agreement with the U.S. Office of Civil Rights. They provide a way for students with disabilities to request academic adjustments that are not addressed through the current accommodation process.

Status: Route to constituents after it is reformatted for clarity.

2. Policy and Procedure 2.7 Discrimination and Complaint - Final Vote

Discussion: Carol Hatrick reminded College Council that Marie Thompson had mailed clarifications in response to the questions raised by Council members and constituents.

Status: Return to College Council for approval at the next meeting, October 3rd.
