1. Public Safety Training Center Update: An update on the status of the construction

project, entrance signage, pending change orders and the project equipment list.

2. Library Preliminary Planning: An update on the status of the preliminary plans, Environmental Review (Negative Declaration) and Geotechnical Request For Proposals.
3. Classified Memorial Proposal: A presentation by the President of the Classified Staff Senate on the proposed classified memorial.
4. Culinary Arts at The Brickyard: An update on plan development and construction management.
5. Scheduled Maintenance Project Plans (2001/2002): A review of recommended projects for State and local funding (7/1/02).
6. Shone Farm Fatal Flaw Analysis Report Update: An update on the development of the fatal flaw analysis.
7. Shone Farm Classroom Project: An update on the status of the classroom facility and the site development project.
8. Bailey and Maintenance Center Transformer Scheduled Maintenance Projects: An update on the status of the two transformer projects.

1. Public Safety Training Center Update: The contractor plans to vacate the property on December 14^th. Remaining punch list items and change orders will delay the Notice of Completion until February. BFC reviewed the final lettering for the arch and approve it.

2. Library Preliminary Planning: BFC members were informed of the current soils testing request for proposals and the need to complete a negative declaration to satisfy environmental reporting requirements.

3. Classified Memorial Proposal: The BFC approved the Classified Senate's proposal for an area to honor staff retirees and those who passed away while in service to the college. Raoul Yriberri will meet with Curt Groninga to develop the memorial area and to define criteria.

4. Culinary Arts at The Brickyard: The BFC approved the recommendation to bid this project.

5. Scheduled Maintenance Project Plans (2001/2002): Jay Carpenter reviewed the 2001/2002 scheduled maintenance projects previously approved for funding. Local match will not come due until 2002/2003 fiscal year.

6. Shone Farm Fatal Flaw Analysis Report Update: College staff expects to receive the draft fatal flaw analysis prior to the holiday break.

7. Shone Farm Classroom Project: The BFC was updated on the problems the modular building manufacturing firm is having in securing bonding capacity. The college is seeking alternative solutions.
