2. Public Safety Training Center Update: An update on the status of the construction project and wetlands mitigation.
3. Administration of Justice Classroom Project: An update on the status of the construction project..
4. Tauzer Scheduled Maintenance Projects: A status report on the various Tauzer Scheduled Maintenance Projects.
5. .Current Scheduled Maintenance Project Status: An update on the design status for the following projects:
a). Restroom Projects (Bailey, Barnett and Shuhaw)
b). Bailey and Maintenance Transformers
c). Emeritus Phase II
d). Shuhaw Doors and Locks
6. Parking Program Update: A review of information utilized in the development of a revised parking and transportation proposal submitted for November Board approval.
7. Track Re-surfacing Project: A review of the planning issues for resurfacing the track and brining it into NCAA compliance.
8. Library Funding Update: An update on the status of funding for preliminary and working drawings.
9. Five Year Scheduled Maintenance Plan: A review of the proposed submittal for the 2001/2006 Five Year Scheduled Maintenance Plan.

Closed Session: There were no reportable actions taken in closed session.
Open Session:
1. Shone Farm Water Agreement Update: The federal government has approved the easement and it has been recorded with the County of Sonoma. Construction on the mainline installation work has commenced. Phase II irrigation design will be completed within sixty days (60) with construction scheduled for Spring, 2001. The Town of Windsor and SRJC hope to conclude the Reservoir Amendment within sixty days (60).
2. Public Safety Training Center Update: The project continues on a very acceptable pace. Several building footings have been poured.
3. Administration of Justice Classroom Project: This project should be completed by mid-December.
4. Tauzer Scheduled Maintenance Projects: This project continues toward a completion date of December 10th. BFC will tour at the conclusion of its December meeting.
5. Current Scheduled Maintenance Project Status: A project status update was provided for the following projects:
a). Restroom Projects (Bailey, Barnett and Shuhaw): Design has just commenced. Curt and Jay will inform the college community of these projects.
b). Bailey and Maintenance Transformers: Testing has commenced.
c). Shuhaw Doors and Locks: Design has commenced. Curt will continue to work with Chancellor's Office for possible scheduled maintenance funding.
6. Parking Program Update: Curt reviewed the proposed Board item with the BFC. Curt and Terry Stewart will provide Phase II recommendations to the Board next Spring.
7. Track Re-surfacing Project: Jay reviewed the planning issues for resurfacing the track and bringing it into NCAA compliance.
8. Library Funding Update: The Community Colleges' Board of Governors has recommended funding for the preliminary and working drawings be included in the Governor's 2001/2002 budget.
9. Five Year Scheduled Maintenance Plan: Jay reviewed the proposed submittal for the 2001/2006 Five Year Scheduled Maintenance Plan.
