Present:
Trustee Burdo, Trustee Zumwalt, Robert F. Agrella, Curt Groninga, Luann Campbell, Ricardo Navarrette, Steve Olson and Ron RootAbsent: Trustee Call, Ed Buckley and Jay Carpenter
Closed Session:
No action was taken in closed session.
Open Session:
1. Shone Farm Water Agreement Update: Curt Groninga and Steve Olson reviewed the status of the Reclaimed Water Project and the Reservoir Amendment with the BFC.
2. Public Safety Training Center Update: The State has released the construction funds for the project. The contract completion date is January 26, 2002.
3. Administration of Justice Classroom Project: The project is about to commence and that it came within the pre-bid estimate of $85,000.00.
4. Tauzer Scheduled Maintenance Projects: The Doors and Locks portion of the project is now complete and there were no change orders. The remainder of the project should be complete by late December.
5. Analy Hall Ventilation Project Update: The Analy Hall Ventilation Project came inside the pre-bid estimate and the project work on the Photo Lab ventilation system will commence soon.
6. Parking Program Update: Curt indicated that he and Terry Stewart will be submitting a Phase I revision to the existing Parking and Transportation Program to the Board at its November meeting. Phase I revisions will focus mainly on fee structures for daily, hourly, intercession and weekend college parking. Terry and Curt are continuing work on other portions of the Parking Program and will return to the Board in the Spring with those suggestions.
7. Call Phase II Parking Project: The new parking lot at Call Child Development Center is now complete and all 125 spaces were filled the first day of its operation.

8. Digital Arts Lab/Jewelry Lab: The Santa Rosa City Schools continues to study the possibility of developing a jewelry lab at Santa Rosa High School. Curt expects to receive more definitive information within two to three weeks.
9. Future Projects: Curt provided a very brief update on the following future projects:
