4 ] A STATUS REPORT ON DISCUSSIONS REGARDING SONOMA COUNTY'S REQUEST FOR ACREAGE AT SHONE FARM

1. Electrical Utility Rates: Jay Carpenter will discuss the need to end the curtailment agreement with PG & E and its budgetary implications.
2. Public Safety Training Center Update: An update on the status of the construction project and pending change orders.
3. New FRG/Scheduled Maintenance Projects: An update on the development of several current projects including the Restroom Upgrades, drop in counseling office (disabled access), Shuhaw Doors, Shuhaw Mechanical Wells Re-roofing Project, Emeritus/Race Quad Lighting, Pioneer Hall HVAC, Quinn Center HVAC and Quinn Boiler and Emeritus Phase III planning.
4. Tauzer Scheduled Maintenance Project Status Report: A status report on the various Tauzer Scheduled Maintenance Projects.
5. Parking Program Update: A review of information utilized in the development of a revised parking and transportation proposal submitted for December Board approval.
6. Track Re-surfacing Project: A review of the planning issues for resurfacing the track and bringing it into NCAA compliance.
7. Library/Petaluma Phase II Funding Update: An update on the status of funding for preliminary and working drawings.
8. Bailey Field Pressbox: A discussion relevant to a possible upgrade of the pressbox facilities.
