Testimonial: Art Baumgarten
I just received an Email last week that I have been accepted into a
Paramount Pictures Webmaster Program.
First of all, let me say that I had no idea that when I was submitting
my email and other info that it was for a job offer. I thought it was
for promo freebees. Anyway I submitted a URL of a Sci Fi site I developed
but has no content done in Flash...yet.
I got a very professional Email from Paramount, rejecting me for the
Webmaster Program.
I did not quite understand what was this "Webmaster Program",
or how I applied for the program.
They stated that if I had another site to resubmit the URL. I got this
rush feeling in my body and thought what the heck...So I put my 2.7Mg.
Final from last semester of War of the Worlds on line.
On my 56k connection it took 22 minutes to upload...But on-line, loading
is pretty quick.

And an Email was sent to me at 7:00 AM the following morning. This is
most of what was said on it...
"Thanks for your interest in the WAR OF THE WORLDS Webmaster Program.
Your application has been accepted! Once the webmaster depot launches
in mid-February, a username and password will be automatically generated
and sent to you. In the meantime, please feel free to email any questions
or concerns about the webmaster program to us at this address. We will
be your official program contact for the program.
Thank you again for your interest.

I realize this is like a contract job, but it's a great foot in the
door.
I thank you Jeff and to my classmates for all the Q's & A's & dissecting
of scripts, we all got sooo into.
Can only go forward from here>>>>
