Printing Policy

In an effort to reduce waste and prevent misuse of printing resources, Lab Staff will inspect all print-outs before releasing them to students. Any print-outs which do not conform to the rules below, will be kept by Lab Staff and not given to students.

1. Only ONE
   • You may make only ONE print-out of a FINAL VERSION of an
   SRJC assignment
   • You must EDIT all documents before printing
   • You may make only ONE print-out of a résumé
   
   
2. NO Internet
   • You may NOT print anything directly from the Internet
   • Class information on web pages may NOT be printed
   • Check with Lab Staff before printing school-related and scholarship
   applications
   
   
3. 3. NO Syllabus
   • You may NOT print your class syllabus from the Internet
