Special Events

Throughout the year we look for ways to recognize student accomplishment and enrich our classroom experiences. With those goals in mind we hold a yearly Certificate ceremony where we can give formal recognitioin to all the students who have earned a certificate during the academic year. Visit the certificate ceremony page for details.

The Web Development Training program requires that students produce Web sites for non-profits in Sonoma County. At the end of each semester the students, clients, and judges from the community gather to view the sites, and discuss Web Development issues. Our Web Presentation of Projects page explains the event in more detail.

Adobe Days is a gala event where representatitives from Adobe come to our campus and provide the latest information on the Adobe products. In addition to being an educational experience, it is lots of fun. Prizes flow freely, jokes abound and a sense of fun and excitement about learning reigns supreme. To learn more visit the Adobe Days page.

Several instructors bring in guest speakers or take their classes on field trips. By expanding the learning process beyond the boundaries of our classroom we make learning more relevant and interesting. Explore our Class Trips page for details.
