September 1 - October 15 |
IPC solicits and evaluates proposed institutional goals and develops emerging themes impacting the college. |

October 15 - November 7 |
IPC solicits college community (individual and targeted committees) review and response (suggested additions, modifications) to draft institutional goals. A college-wide forum will be held to discuss suggested institutional goals. |

November 8 - December 1 |
IPC completes review and adopts institutional goals and submits to President/Board of Trustees. |
|
December 15 |
Board of Trustees reviews, approves and adopts 2000/20001 institutional goals. |
|
December 15 - February 15 |
Component Administrators develop draft component goals and objectives which are in support of the institutional goals and include measurable objectives with detailed cost estimates and implementation schedules. Educational Planning and Coordinating Committee develops annual educational objectives working with Academic Affairs Office. IPC recommends budget development parameters to BAC. |

Mid-year report due to president |

February 15 |
Component Administrator and EPCC submit their draft goals and objectives to IPC for review and discussion. |

February 15 - April 5 |
IPC holds discussion forum with each component administrators and the EPCC as they review their plans and explain their priorities. IPC evaluates according to planning standards and effective participation. |

April 5 |
Component Administrators and EPCC present finalized goals and objectives to President. |
|
May 1 |
IPC endorses and distributes the 2000/2001 Institutional Plan consisting of the institutional goals, the component goals and EPCC annual education goals to the college community. |

June 1 |
Final management report due to president. |
|
August 15 |
PDA 2000/2001 Institutional Plan review sessions are held with Component Administrators discussing the implementation with interested faculty and staff. |
