5.1 To provide a safe and environmentally protective learning and working environment that brings the college into compliance with legal mandates the coordinator of Environmental Health & Safety and staff shall complete Hazardous Materials Management Plans (HMMP) that meet the standards of the regulating agency (Santa Rosa Fire Department) for four additional district facilities. The four target facilities are Analy, Plover, Pioneer and Emeritus Halls. |

The Director and the Dean will explore cost-effective options and develop projected service and cost estimates. |

Cost estimates and suggested annual training calendar will be developed. Preliminary estimates assume a $20,000 expenditure. |
