System evaluation based on feedback from participants and stakeholders. (Deans)
Survey of department chairs, instructional managers, and "primary users." (Committee)
Validation of surveys and evaluations via focus groups/interviews. (Committee)
Draft summary evaluation report. (VPAA)

2. TIMELINE

April 20: System evaluations, survey results and focus group/interviews data presented to VPAA.
April 27: Draft of summary evaluation report completed.
May 11: Report sent to the Board

3. KEY QUESTIONS
To what extent has the reorganization resulted in:

Better utilation of available resources (staff, funds, equipment, facilities, etc.)?

Increased trust among administrators, faculty and classified staff?

More effective communication among individuals, operational units, committees, and other "stakeholder" groups?

A sense of mutual accountability among all groups for improvement?

The incorporation of systematic evaluation and improvement of the organization and its components?
