2.1 To ensure the plan is comprehensive and timely, designated representatives of Academic Affairs, Business Services Student Services, and Administrative Services will develop the three-year plan and route it to campus constituencies for review.

2.2 To ensure effective use of our faculty and facility resources, designated representatives of Academic Affairs, Business Services, Student Services, and Administrative Services will develop procedures and reports to track FTES/FTEF and class size.

2.3 To ensure compliance with accreditation and COCCC requirements for monitoring and reporting outcomes, designated representatives of Academic Affairs, Business Services, Student Services, and Administrative Services will develop a plan for identification and tracking of student outcomes through the Program Planning and Evaluation process and institutional reporting functions.
