1. Given it is difficult for the college to fully expend on-going proposals/activities during the current 1998/1999 academic year, the majority of the current year funds should be devoted to one time expenditures.

2. As part of the use of P4E one-time expenditures for 1998/1999, IPC recommends that funds ($250,000) should be released to BAC to fund the acquisition and installation of faculty computers.
