BACKGROUND
The Tauzer Gymnasium Doors and Locks Scheduled Maintenance Project is complete and has received its final inspection review by the State inspector and College staff. The original contract amount was $151,795.00. There were no project change orders.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the Notice of Completion for the Tauzer Gymnasium Doors and Locks and Security Systems Scheduled Maintenance Project and direct staff to file said Notice with the County of Sonoma.
