BACKGROUND

This project is designed to accomplish three basic goals. First, it will provide repair work for the Bailey Lot. It will seal and restripe the Bailey, Mendocino and Call Lots as well as the Bear Cub Drive parking area. Approximately 125 additional parking spaces will be gained. The estimated project budget is $225,000.00.

The results of the March 28th bid opening will be available prior to the Board meeting.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the award of bid for the Santa Rosa Campus Parking Lot Restriping Project, contingent upon the amount being within budget.
