BACKGROUND
This scheduled maintenance project addresses the need to upgrade the site lighting system and fixtures in the Emeritus/Race/Plover quad area and other locations throughout the campus. The project will remove obsolete lighting fixtures and install brighter, energy efficient fixtures. The pre-bid cost estimate is $81,224.00.
Bids were opened on March 20th with the following results:

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify and award the low bid in the amount of $27,853.00 to Fort Bragg Electric, Inc. of Fort Bragg, for the Santa Rosa Campus Site Lighting Upgrade Scheduled Maintenance Project.
