BACKGROUND
This scheduled maintenance project addresses the need to upgrade the site lighting system and fixtures in the Emeritus/Race/Plover quad area and other locations throughout the campus. The project will remove obsolete lighting fixtures and install brighter, energy efficient fixtures.
BUDGET IMPACT
$40,612.00 Capital Projects Fund 41 (50%)
$40,612.00 State of California Scheduled Maintenance Funds (50%)
ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the administration to go to bid for the Santa Rosa Campus Site Lighting Upgrade Scheduled Maintenance Project.
