Shuhaw Hall's doors and lock systems have failed and, for security and safety reasons, needs to be replaced. At this writing, bids are to be opened in February and the work needs to commence at the earliest possible date. Staff is requesting permission to award the bid if it falls within the $60,000.00 budget. Assuming a successful bid, this item would be returned to the Board of Trustees for ratification of the award of bid.
