BACKGROUND

The restroom facilities in Bailey Hall, Barnett Hall and Shuhaw Hall are dated, in need of plumbing repair and cosmetic upgrades. This extensive project is funded on a 50%/50% match basis between the State of California and Santa Rosa Junior College.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the administration to go to bid for the Restroom Improvements (Shuhaw Hall, Barnett Hall, Bailey Hall Plumbing Upgrades) Scheduled Maintenance Project.
