BACKGROUND
Per the request of the Chancellor's Office, Santa Rosa Junior College has updated the project proposals for three major capital outlay projects. Cost revisions averaged about 3% based on projected construction increases. The revised cost estimates for each project are as follows:
Library (LRC) $36,120,543.00
Petaluma Phase II $37,393,232.00
Plover Conversion $ 4,075,416.00
It is anticipated that the Governor's 2001/02 budget will include drawing money for the Library. Petaluma Phase II may not receive any funding approval until 2003/04. Plover Conversion would be 2003/04 at the earliest. Though all three projects are planned as 100% State funded, it is anticipated all three projects may not secure more than 50% in state funds.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the submission of the revised Learning Resource Center Final Project Proposal (FPP), the revised Petaluma Phase II Project Proposal and the revised Plover Conversion Initial Project Proposal (IPP) to the State of California.
