BACKGROUND
The William B. Race Health Sciences Building Construction Project is complete. The facility was occupied by the College on December 20, 1999. All contractual matters have been finalized and the project is deemed ready for the filing of the Notice of Completion with the County of Sonoma.
BUDGET IMPACT
None
ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the Notice of Completion for the William B. Race Health Sciences Building Construction Project, and authorize staff to file said Notice with the County of Sonoma.
