BACKGROUND

At this writing, Change Order #9 is under discussion with the general contractor, the architect and the project inspectors. Upon settlement of Change Order 39, the College intends to file a Notice of Completion on the project in order to finalize the legal notifications and final payment of contracts, etc. Along with the Board Facilities Committee's review of Change Order #9 at its February 1st meeting, staff will request review of the proposed Notice of Completion.
