At this writing, Change Order #9 is under discussion with the general contractor, the architect and the project inspectors. The intent is to have Change Order #9 become the final wrap up item for the project. The intent is to have it include all remaining additive and deductive items which would then close out the project. If concluded jprior to the February 1^st Board Facilities Committee. Change Order #9 will be reviewed by the BFC prior to its submission to the Board of Trustees on February 8^th. If not, then this item will be carried over until the March Board of Trustees meeting.
