BACKGROUND
Change Order #1 deducts $27,900.00 from the Quinn Swim Center HVAC Scheduled Maintenance Project by changing two (2) HVAC units from steel frame construction to unibody resulting in a lighter yet equally durable and less expensive unit. It also provides for necessary changes to the HVAC system control sensors and modifies the original ductwork. -($27,900.00)
Change Order #1 reduces the contract amount by ten and one tenth percent (10.1%) for a revised contract of $244,525.00.
BUDGET IMPACT

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve deductive Change Order #1, in the amount of $27,900.00, for the Quinn Swim Center HVAC Scheduled Maintenance Project, for a revised contract price of $244,525.00.
