BACKGROUND
This project will re-plaster both pools, replace tile, repair gutter systems and repair the concrete decking. A scheduled maintenance project, the State of California will fund fifty percent (50%) of the $210,000 estimated budget.
Bids were opened on February 17th and there were two responsive bids received. There was a base cost for the re-plastering and a dollar per square foot cost for the concrete repairs to the outer decking.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees award the low bid in the amount of $204,000.00, to South Coast Pool, of Lakeside, Ca, for the Quinn Pool Repairs Scheduled Maintenance Project.
