BACKGROUND
The Public Safety Training Center at Windsor Construction Project is now complete. It has been inspected by certified professional inspectors, architectural and engineering consultants and college staff. The project has been deemed complete and it is recommended the Board of Trustees direct the Vice President for Administrative Services to file a Notice of Completion with the County of Sonoma.
The original construction contract of $11,784,000.00 was modified by fifteen (15) Board approved change orders. The net modification to the construction contract by change order was $363,755.00 or three and nine one hundredths percent (3.09%). The project was completed on time and without any request for extended time.
BUDGET IMPACT
No additional impact per the filing of the Notice of Completion
ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the Notice of Completion for the Public Safety Training Center at Windsor Construction Project and authorize staff to file said Notice with the County of Sonoma.
