BACKGROUND
This change order is necessitated by the need for additional, custom boiler flue piping due to an offset in the flue chase not shown on the original building as-built drawings. $2473.00.
Additionally, the project received a credit in the amount for unneeded electrical work. ($1,735.00)
Change order #1 increases the contract amount to $49,388.00. This represents a net change to the original contract amount of $738.00 or 1.5%.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1, in the amount of $738.00, for the Pioneer Boiler Replacement Scheduled Maintenance Project, for a revised contract amount of $49,388.00.
