BACKGROUND
The Bailey Hall Mailroom Expansion Project is complete. All contractual matters have been finalized and the project is deemed ready for the filing of the Notice of Completion with the County of Sonoma.
There were no change orders on this project. The final contract price was $33,777.00.
BUDGET IMPACT
None
ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the Notice of Completion for the Mailroom Expansion Project, and authorize staff to file said Notice with the County of Sonoma.
