BACKGROUND
Change Order #1, the final change order for this project, consists of items necessary to the completion of the project.
The total of Change Order #1 is $21,598.43 for an increase to the original contract amount of $504,512.00 for a revised contract amount of $526,110.43. Change Order #1 represents a net percentage increase to the contract of 4.28%
