BACKGROUND
The purpose of this project is to re-roof the existing Forsyth Hall and Bech Hall roofs. Both roofs have deteriorated and the project will restore the roofing systems and repair decaying flashings in order to renew ten-year warranties expiring in 2000. Estimated cost is $134,000.00. As a scheduled maintenance project, the State will fund 50% of the total cost or approximately $67,000.00.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the administration to go to bid for the Forsyth/Bech Re-Roofing Scheduled Maintenance Project.
