BACKGROUND

Change Order #1, the final change order for this project, consists of items necessary to the completion of the project.

The total of Change Order #1 is $1,157.63 for an increase to the original contract amount of $147,300.00 for a revised contract amount of $148,457.00. Change Order #1 represents a net percentage increase to the contract of .7% (Seven tenths of one percent)

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1, in the amount of $1,157.63, for the Emeritus Lot Lighting Project, for a revised contract price of $148,457.00.
