BACKGROUND
The Doyle Cyber Center Remodel Project is complete. All contractual matters have been finalized and the project is deemed ready for the filing of the Notice of Completion with the County of Sonoma.
There was one change order crediting the College in the amount of $13,378 for a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in the project cost.
The final contract price was $38,822.00

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the Notice of Completion for the Doyle Cyber Center Remodel Project, and authorize staff to file said Notice with the County of Sonoma.
