BACKGROUND
College staff and the contractor negotiated the final scope of the project by the following:
a) Deleting the dividing wall
b) Deleting the HVAC diffusers and associated work
c) Re-glazing two large lights with bronze tinted tempered glass
d) Provided electrical power to one new door operator.
The change order credits the College in the amount of $13,378 for a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in the project cost.
The final contract price was $38,822.00

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1, in the amount of a $13,378.00 credit, for the Doyle Cyber Center Remodel Project, for a revised contract price of $38,822.00.
