BACKGROUND
Carpeting in the North and West wings of Bailey Hall has deteriorated and come to the end of its useful life. In several public and office areas, the condition of the carpet is such as it presents a safety hazard. The budget estimate for this portion is $15,000.00.
The carpeting in Burbank Auditorium has come to the end of its useful life and needs replacement. The estimate for this portion of this project is $21,000.00.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the administration to go to bid for the Bailey/Burbank Re-Carpeting Project.
