BACKGROUND
Bids were received from two (2) prospective contractors for the Analy Hall Ventilation System Hazardous Substances Removal Project. In addition to the base bid, there were three deductive alternate items (3) for which cost information was required.

The pre-bid construction estimate was $128,000.00. Staff recommends taking the low base bid and reject all deductive alternates for a total project cost of $127,890.00

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify and award the low bid, in the amount of $127,890.00, rejecting all deductive alternates, to Carr's Construction, of Windsor, for the Analy Hall Ventilation System Hazardous Substances Removal Project.
