BACKGROUND

The Analy Hall HVAC Repair Hazardous Substances Removal Project is now complete. It has been inspected and meets staff satisfaction. The project had no change orders. The original contract price was $127,890.00.00.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the Notice of Completion for the Analy Hall Ventilation System Hazardous Substances Removal Project and direct staff to file said Notice with the County of Sonoma.
