BACKGROUND
The Administration of Justice Classroom/Office Remodel is now complete. There was one change order in the amount of $4,908.00 which increases the original contract price by six percent (6%). The revised contract was $79,359.00.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Notice of Completion for the Administration of Justice Classroom/Office Remodel Project and direct staff to file said Notice with the County of Sonoma.
