BACKGROUND

Bids were received from five (5) prospective contractors for the Administration of Justice Classroom Remodel project. In addition to the base bid, there were two additive alternate items (different grades of durable carpet) for which information was required.

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees ratify and award the low bid, in the amount of $74,451.00 including Alternate A, to Carr's Construction, of Windsor, for the Administration of Justice Classroom/Office Remodel Project.
