BACKGROUND

This change order is necessitated by the need for additional work required in order to adapt construction to existing site conditions.

1. Reclaimed Water Line five foot extension $ 658.00

2. Additional strap and blocking at shear wall $ 622.00

3. Furnish and install 2 x 4 stripping on underside of rafter in $10,916.00

Total Change Order #2 $12,196.00

Change Order #2, when coupled with the previous Change Order #1 deductive amount of <$2,930.00> represents a net increase of $9,266.00 to the contract or eight hundredths of one percent (.08%) increase to the original contract for a revised contract of $11,793,266.00.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #2, in the amount of $12,196.00, for the Public Safety Training Center At Windsor Construction Project, for a net revised contract amount of $11,793,266.00.
