BACKGROUND
Each year the College submits for possible funding its Five Year Scheduled Maintenance Program. Submitted projects have been reviewed by the Facilities Review Group (FRG) the District Facilities Planning Committee (DFPC) and the Board Facilities Committee (BFC). If accepted and approved by the State of California, scheduled maintenance projects will be funded at the fifty percent (50%- 50%) match level by the State.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the submittal of the 2001/2002 Five-Year Scheduled Maintenance Program to the California Community College System.
