How to Order

1. Fill out a Graphics Services and Copy Center Work Order form and attach a sample of your document.
2. Send your work order to us using one of the following methods:

• Place your order in your department Graphics Services and Copy Center pickup area
• Place order into the Graphics Services mail box in Bailey Hall
• Drop off at Copy Center or Graphics Services
• E-mail with edited work order attached

For electronic files, place your work order as indicated above and:

• E-mail your file to cdressler@santarosa.edu, or ejones@santarosa.edu and call Graphics Services at 527-4673 or Copy Center at 527-4243 to get a contact name
• Access the bus-home2/inter_dept server and drop your file into the Copy Center or Graphics Services folder
• Use file depot, https://www2.santarosa.edu/file-depot/
• Send a work order with CD or flash drive through interoffice mail
