SRJC's Copy Center is built for speed, and our staff provides fast and friendly service to our customers. The Copy Center has the ability to produce over 100,000 copies a day on digital high-speed printers, plus we also offer walk-up service on our self-service copier. White paper, pastel colors, Astrobright colors, and card stock in regular and three-hole punch are available. Digital color printing is available from digital files or hard copy originals. Color prints can be made letter size (8 1/2" x 11"), tabloid size (11" x 17") or (12" x 18").

How to submit digital files to Copy Center

• Call the Copy Center at 527-4697 for electronic file submission to an e-mail address
• Drop file into bus-home2/inter_dept/Copy Center Drop Box folder
• Use file depot, https://www2.santarosa.edu/file-depot/

If submitting hard copy originals, make sure they are copy-ready. What is a "copy-ready original"?

• White
• 8.5 x 11 inches
• One-sided
• 1/2 inch blank margins on all sides
• Clear and legible
• No black edges
