General Education Requirements

Students have three options in meeting the General Education requirements toward earning an Associate in Arts or an Associate in Science Degree at Santa Rosa Junior College. These options are the following:

Option A: Complete the 23 units of the Associate Degree General Education course requirements and Math Competency.

Option B: Complete the California State University (CSU) General Education course requirements (eligible for full certification of 39 units).

Option C: Complete the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) (eligible for full certification).
