Proctoring Services

Santa Rosa Junior College Assessment & GED Services Centers are available to proctor paper and computerized exams for students enrolled in Independent Study, On-line, Correspondence or Distance Education Programs for educational institutions or businesses.

Proctoring Services are available on an appointment bases only. To make an appointment contact the Santa Rosa Campus Assessment & GED Services at (707) 527-4661. It is required that you schedule an appointment prior to having the exam sent to Assessment Services.

  • Proctored exams are scheduled one business day per month at the Petaluma Campus, and three business days per month at the Santa Rosa Campus.
  • Proctoring Fees: $35.00 per session (3 hour maximum) or $80.00 per term/semester. Check or cash accepted only. Please make checks payable to SRJC.
  • Testing fees are based on the session rate, or term/semester rate, regardless of the actual hours required to take the exam. Payment applies only to Assessment Services at SRJC.
  • All payment is non-refundable. Students must test or reschedule within the current SRJC term/semester.
  • Payment is required prior to taking the exam. Please pay at the Accounting/Cashier’s Office at Bailey Hall at the Santa Rosa Campus, or Jacobs Hall, Room 110, Petaluma Campus. (Check online at www.santarosa.edu for the current accounting office hours)
  • A payment receipt and current photo identification is required on the day of the exam at the Assessment & GED Services Center.

A SRJC parking permit is required for all campuses. Daily parking permits are available for $4.00. Look for the yellow parking machines that are located at the entrances of the parking lots. Please do not park in the Staff, Loading, or Disabled parking spaces.
