Proctoring Services

• Santa Rosa Junior College Assessment/Testing Services Centers are available to proctor paper and computerized exams for students enrolled in Independent Study, On-line, Correspondence or Distance Education Programs for educational institutions or businesses.
• Proctoring Services are available on an appointment bases only. To make an appointment at the Santa Rosa Campus contact the Testing Coordinator at (707) 521-7823, or at the Petaluma Campus contact the Testing Technician at (707) 778-3908.
• Proctored exams are scheduled one Monday per month at the Petaluma Campus and three Wednesdays per month at the Santa Rosa Campus.
• Proctoring Fees:
          $35.00 per session (3 hour maximum) or $80.00 per term
• Testing fees are based on the session rate or term rate, regardless of the actual hours required to take the exam.
• All payment is non-refundable. Students may use their payment receipt to take a test at a later date; however all payments expire at the end of the term.
• Prior payment is required at the Accounting/Cashier’s Office at Bailey Hall at the Santa Rosa Campus and at the Petaluma Campus at Jacob Hall, Room 601A.
• A payment receipt and current photo identification is required on the day of the test at the Assessment Services Center.
• The Accounting/Cashier’s Window is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during fall and spring terms and Monday – Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the summer term.
