GED Testing Fee Schedule

Effective July 2009, the GED initial test registration fee is $125.00. Your fee payment applies only to the current GED testing year according to this schedule. Fee waiver and reduction applications are available upon request from the GED/Assessment Services Center (see campus map) and require additional documentation.

Submit your cash, check, or money order made payable to SRJC, to the Accounting Department in Bailey Hall on the Santa Rosa Campus or Business Services on the Petaluma Campus. You must also attach a copy of your payment receipt to your GED application. GED applications without a copy of your receipt of payment will not be accepted.

GED SRJC initial-testing registration fee	$125.00
GED retesting fees:
Writing	$20.00
Science	$20.00
Social Studies	$20.00
Reading	$20.00
Mathematics	$20.00
Replacement fee for written in/damaged test booklets	$70.00 (per booklet)
Test form bubbling errors	$15.00 (per error)
Name, Address, SS# correction/change form fees	$25.00 (after passing GED) $2.50 (before passing GED)
Miscellaneous fees may apply depending upon individual circumstances.

No refunds or rollover of fee payments to another year will be given for any reason. If you do not attend a testing session for which you were scheduled, you will forfeit the money you paid.

Remember:

Make your payment (cash, check, or money order) to the Accounting Department (Santa Rosa Campus) or Business Services (Petaluma Campus)
Attach a copy of your payment receipt to your GED application
Submit your GED application to the GED/Assessment Services Center
No refunds or rollover of fee payments to another year
