California State Student Aid Commission
During the past four decades, the California Student Aid Commission has
provided financial aid for more than two generations of students to help
them with the costs of higher education. The equivalent of nearly one in
eleven Californians has directly benefited from the Commission's student
loan and grant programs.

The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) is the U.S. Department of Education's central database for student aid. It receives data from 36 guaranty agencies, the Direct Loan program, and more than 2,500 schools.
