Financial Aid Dates and Deadlines

Financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to students who complete their application by March 2, 2009. The school will review your application and request supplemental documentation and more information if it is necessary to complete your file. Once all documentation is received, you will receive an award letter and your file is complete. The following are important dates to remember:

September 2, 2009 Secondary deadline for Cal Grant - only for community college students. If you have completed at least 16 degree applicable units by the end of the summer term, Santa Rosa Junior College will send your GPA electronically on your behalf.
January 1, 2010 2010-2011 Academic Year & SRJC Foundation Scholarship applications available.

2010-2011 FAFSA forms available
March 1, 2010 Deadline for 2010-2011 Academic Year & SRJC Foundation Scholarship applications.
March 2, 2010 Cal Grant GPA Verification (postmark) deadline to apply for a Cal Grant A, B, or C, for the 2010-2011 academic year.

SRJC priority filing deadline for the 2010-2011 academic year.
March 15, 2010 Last day to complete your financial aid file by submitting required documents for the 2009-2010 year.
